Billing 

  • HOW DO I PAY?

    At the moment, the only payment method is a bank transfer, but we are working to activate credit card payment as well.

  • WHAT IS THE BILLING PERIOD?

    Payment is pre-payment annual. The cost is € 0.50 + user VAT/month (6 euros per year + VAT).

  • CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will still be able to take advantage of the services until the end of the subscription period you have paid for.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF USERS TO ACTIVATE THE APP?

    No, you can activate justSeat for as many users as you want. Also, even if you choose to integrate the application with Microsoft Teams, you are not obligated to activate the application for all users but only for those you think are necessary.


Functionality

  • CAN I DELEGATE MY HR MANAGER TO USE JUSTSEAT?

    Of course, you can assign the application admin role to all the users you want, among those for whom you activated the subscription, at no extra cost.

  • IS IT INTEGRATED WITH OUTLOOK?

    You can currently save your reservations to your calendar by downloading an .ics file.

  • HOW MANY LANGUAGE VERSIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

    English and Italian.

  • CAN WE USE THE APP IN OUR OFFICES ABROAD?

    Of course, the application is provided as a service reachable from all over the world from every device.

  • Can we ask you to customize app and add functionality?

    Sure. The application can be customized to suit your business needs. The cost and the possibility of implementing each customization will be evaluated based on the request itself. 


Activation

  • HOW DO I LOAD USERS?

    You can create your users directly within justSeat or by uploading a simple csv file.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE THE APPLICATION IS ACTIVE?

    The activation is almost instantaneous and, in any case, no later than the working day following the confirmation by email of the activation of the free trial.

  • WHY DO I HAVE LOGIN ISSUES WHEN I FIRST LOG IN?

    If this is your first time accessing justSeat, ask your system administrator to log in and authorize usage permissions for the entire company.


Integration with Microsoft Teams

  • HOW DO I INTEGRATE IT WITH TEAMS?

    You can download the application directly from the Microsoft Teams app store or alternatively we can provide you with the application package.

  • DO I NEED ANY PARTICULAR PERMISSIONS TO INSTALL THE APPLICATION?

    Yes, the first installation of the application must be done by a Global Admin of your tenant in order to authorize justSeat for the rest of the users.

  • HOW DOES AUTHENTICATION WORK?

    With the built-in SSO, you and your colleagues can sign in to justSeat using your Microsoft 365 tenant credentials.
