How much does justSeat cost?
justSeat costs only € 6,00 user/year. Moreover you can activate a free 15-day trial to calmly try out all the features. -
How can I pay?
For the moment, the only available payment method is a bank transfer. To purchase licenses you can write an email request to supporto@mminformatica.it, specifying the number of licenses to be activated. -
What are the payment times?
Advanced annual payment. The cost is € 0.50 + VAT a user/ month (6 euros per year + VAT). -
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing an email to supporto@mminformatica.it. In any case, you can use the services until the end of the subscription period you have paid for. -
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF USERS?
No, you can activate justSeat for as many users as you want. In addition, even if you choose to integrate the application with Microsoft Teams, you are not obliged to activate the application for all users but only for those you consider necessary.

You can download the application directly from the Microsoft Teams app store. -
I NEED SPECIAL PERMISSIONS TO INSTALL THE APPLICATION?
Yes, the first installation of the application must be done by a global administrator of your Microsoft 365 tenant in order to authorize justSeat for all your colleagues. -
HOW DOES AUTHENTICATION WORK?
Through built-in SSO, you can sign in to justSeat using your Microsoft 365 tenant credentials.

WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN WHEN I LOG IN JUSTSEAT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
If this is your first time signing in to justSeat, ask your system administrator to log into the application and authorize the application from the Teams Admin Center for a specific user group or for the entire company.

CAN I DELEGATE MY HR MANAGER TO USE JUSTSEAT?
Of course, you can associate the role of application administrator to the users you want, among those for whom you have activated the subscription, at no additional cost. Not only that, you can also choose whether to limit or allow the display of one or more features within the Admin section. -
IS IT INTEGRATED WITH OUTLOOK?
At the moment you can save your reservations on your calendar by downloading a .ics file of the reservation made. -

HOW DO I ACTIVATE JUSTSEAT?
You can install justSeat directly from the Teams Store and a free, non-binding 15-day trial will automatically be activated. To proceed with the purchase of licenses, you must write to supporto@mminformatica.it. -
I ACTIVATED THE TRIAL BUT I GET THE ERROR 0000094. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Your global admin must give consent to use the application in Teams. To do this, you need to open the Teams Admin Center, go to the “Manage apps” section, search for the justSeat application and, in the “Permissions” section, click on “Review permissions and consents”: -
HOW DO I UPLOAD USERS?
In the Admin “Manage users” section of justSeat you can synchronize all users from Active Directory. Alternatively, you can add a single user directly within justSeat or add more users by uploading a simple csv file. -
